Our School

South Geelong Primary School is located in the inner city area of Geelong, providing easy access to facilities such as the Art Gallery, City Library, sporting arenas, South Geelong train station and the beachfront.

Established in 1879, our school has a long history of delivering quality education to local students. The campus features original school buildings alongside modern classrooms, gym and multi-purpose building, creating attractive and comfortable learning and play environments.

Our well-maintained school grounds include gardens, an oval, shaded play areas, and playgrounds. Currently, we offer 13 classes from Foundation (Prep) to Year 6, with all class groups, except Foundation, consisting of two-year levels.

We have a well resourced school library along with dedicated spaces for Art, STEM, Music and PE.
