Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Great Otway National Park, our Year 4 students recently enjoyed a 3 day outdoor educational experience in this unique coastal bush setting.
History and heritage captured their imaginations while touring the Cape Otway Lighthouse, visiting Aboriginal heritage areas and walking the shipwreck coastline.
Adventure activities included snorkelling at Blanket Bay, surfing at Apollo Bay, bushwalking and discovering awe-inspiring views.
Our Year 4 students experienced the beauty and diversity of this natural environment and developed an awareness of ecological issues while observing Australian birds and animals in the wild.
